Job Summar yWe are seeking an experienced React / Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Cloud Technologies, API Development, and Messaging Systems. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable enterprise applications, developing RESTful APIs, and working in cloud-native environments. Experience in the financial services domain, particularly payments, is highly desirable

.Required Qualification

• s6 years of experience in application development and systems analysis
• .Strong programming experience in Java, API Development, Cloud Engineering, and React.js
• .Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs using Spring Boot or similar frameworks
• .Experience with Oracle, SQL, and MongoDB (NoSQL) databases
• .Experience with cloud technologies including OpenShift and Kubernetes
• .Hands-on experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka, IBM MQ, or similar technologies
• .Strong understanding and application of Clean Code Principles and software design best practices
• .Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• .Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
• .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• .Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• .Experience in systems analysis, software design, development, testing, and implementation
• .Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing business requirements

.Preferred Qualification

• sExperience in the Financial Services domain, particularly Payments
• .Understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• .Experience integrating Mainframe applications with Kafka or APIs
• .Extensive experience in enterprise application development and system analysis
• .Experience leading and delivering successful technology projects
• .Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one application development area
• .Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• .Strong written and verbal communication skills
• .Ability to quickly adjust priorities based on business needs
