This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy and we are looking to hire a Full Stack Java Developer.
Summary: We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Java Developer with expertise in backend and frontend technologies to build scalable, high-performance applications and continuously enhance system capabilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using Java for backend (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and modern front end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Design RESTful APIs and microservices to enable seamless integration between client side and server side components.
- Work with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for data modeling, queries, and performance optimization.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure code quality and security through unit testing, debugging, and adherence to best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in Java, front end frameworks, and DevOps to continuously improve system performance.
Qualifications & Skills: - Strong experience in Java development with Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Proficiency in database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and software development best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative environments.
The pay range for this role is CAD 100,000 - CAD 114,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
