Java programmer/Software Developer

We are looking for Java Programmer/Software Developer Level 2

Contract Length: Until Nov 30, 2026

Reliability or Security clearance needed.

Requirement

Application development: Hands-on experience writing, testing, debugging, and maintaining application code end-to-end based on defined business and technical requirements.

Programming languages: Recent, project‑based experience coding in the exact languages/tools listed in the TA (e.g., Java, JavaScript, COBOL, PL/SQL), not just familiarity.

Databases: Experience designing or modifying database structures and writing SQL, stored procedures, and queries using systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, or MySQL.

Systems analysis & design: Ability to analyze requirements from system analysts and design detailed program logic, flowcharts, and technical specifications.

Testing & defect fixing: Experience preparing test data, performing system/acceptance testing, identifying defects, and correcting program errors.

Documentation: Creation of technical documentation (specs, flow diagrams, code documentation, operating instructions) for long-term system support.

Enterprise environments: Experience working in structured, enterprise or government IT environments using TA‑specified tools and methodologies.
