Infinite Investment SystemsWe are seeking a Junior Software Developer to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of financial software systems. This role works closely with senior developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality solutions in a regulated environment where accuracy and data integrity are critical.
This position is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build strong foundations in enterprise development, financial systems, and modern Microsoft technologies.
Review business and technical requirements to support development of new and existing applications
Write, test, and debug code using established development standards
Maintain and enhance existing software applications
Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing fixes
Participate in unit testing, system testing, and validation of new features
Write and maintain technical and process documentation
Document programming issues and resolutions for future reference
Follow secure coding practices and protect confidential financial and client data
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders in an iterative development environment
Adapt to evolving tools, technologies, and business requirements
Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
2 to 3 years of professional programming experience, including internships or co-op placements
Experience developing applications using C# and .NET
Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server
Experience maintaining or enhancing existing software applications
Experience working in a team-based development environment
Experience participating in testing, debugging, or release activities
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
