Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Knowledge Based Engineer (KBE) to join our team, specializing in creating CAD (Catia/NX) parametric math models for commodities using advanced Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of Catia/NX modeling and significant experience in developing, packaging, and synthesizing complex vehicle systems.Responsibilities
- Create CAD (Catia/NX) parametric math models for commodities.
- Employ Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniques.
- Dictate architecture and construction techniques.
- Develop master development, packaging, and requirement sections.
- Define master template modeling structures.
- Train other Catia/NX engineers on modeling techniques and architecture.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 years of automotive product engineering experience.
- Proficiency in CATIA or NX.
- Strong engineering design project presentation skills.
- Experience overseeing product development into the vehicle launch phase.
- Experience in exterior/bumper/fascia packaging or component integration.
- Proficient in interfacing with cross-functional teams and participating in design reviews.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.98 - $40.98/hr.
