What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the technical delivery of an enterprise Transaction Monitoring & Investigation platform.
- Remain hands-on with full stack development using
Angular
and
Java
.
- Coordinate multiple development initiatives and ensure projects remain on track.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and best practices.
- Lead daily technical discussions and sprint planning activities.
- Manage Jira work allocation and support Agile delivery.
- Collaborate closely with QA teams throughout testing and validation cycles.
- Prepare, coordinate, and support application deployments and production releases.
- Partner with Infrastructure, Architecture, and Business Analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive platform modernization efforts, including Angular and Java upgrades.
- Contribute to AI-enabled software development initiatives and emerging technologies.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience with
Angular
full stack development.
- Strong
Java
development experience.
- Experience working with
relational databases
and SQL.
- Experience leading technical initiatives while remaining hands-on.
- Experience coordinating releases, deployments, and sprint execution.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise transaction monitoring or financial services applications.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted software development.
