Strong hands-on skills Core Java 17+, Spring Boot 3+, Microservices, SQL, NoSQL, and strong communication abilities.

Proficiency in design patterns

Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes

Strong leadership qualities

Experience in code reviews and ensuring code quality standards
