Responsibilities:
Materials handler
Working knowledge of mold tech set up, and resin supply system Understanding of work order, mold tech change forms and packaging documents. Color changes complete with minimal scrap document KPI per colour change forms Break coverage set up and minimizing down time. Rail car hook up per process Silo system understand metering system Regrind silo/ usage per Injection molding machine requirements Operations processes and data tracking procedures Auxiliary equipment, hot stampers, gasket installers functions. Shop Logix code entering MII label printing process Safety
Responsible to bring forward with continuous improvement initiatives to improve orientating and retaining new employees. Coaching team members on safety policy, and infraction documentation. Accountable to identify and bring forward to either Shift Supervisor and/or Operations Manager improvement opportunities. Quality
Ensures operational quality related process are maintained Coach team members on Quality process.
Requirements:
Must possess good verbal and written communication skills. Must be a licensed or be able to be a licensed qualified forklift operator. Must be prepared to work in a cooperative environment. Must be willing and physically able to fulfill the job requirement Pay:
The range for this position is $20.48 – 34.64 per hour. Exact salary offered will depend on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and work location.
