Job Summary Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in IBM Maximo technical development within the Enterprise Asset Management EAM domain Job Description Extensive handson experience in IBM Maximo technical development and customization Strong expertise in Maximo Application Suite MAS and its features Proven ability to support maintain and troubleshoot Maximo solutions in dynamic enterprise environments Familiarity with enterprise asset management systems and integration of Maximo with other platforms Solid understanding of asset management best practices and technical frameworks within EAM Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills to address complex technical challenges Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with crossfunctional teams Ability to stay updated with the latest Maximo and MAS tools features and industry best practices Roles and Responsibilities Develop customize and enhance IBM Maximo applications to meet evolving business requirements Collaborate with business analysts stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Maximo applications integrations and platform migrations Ensure optimal performance quality and responsiveness of Maximo solutions Participate in platform upgrades environment transitions and migration projects related to Maximo Maintain comprehensive documentation for Maximo configurations customizations and technical procedures Work independently and as part of a team to deliver timely and effective Maximo solutions Continuously improve Maximo implementations by adopting new features and best practices Other details
