  • Drive the design and execution of robust test automation frameworks for mobile and web applications.<\/span>

    <\/span><\/span><\/li>

  • Ensure applications meet the highest standards of reliability, usability, and performance.<\/span>

    <\/span><\/span><\/li>

  • Collaborate across development, QA, and business teams to translate requirements into effective test strategies.<\/span>

    <\/span><\/span><\/li>

  • Champion best practices in automation, CI\/CD integration, and agile development workflows.<\/span>

    <\/span><\/span><\/p>What You’ll Work On<\/span><\/span><\/b>

    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Leading teams of developers and QA engineers to deliver quality\-driven solutions.<\/span>

      <\/span><\/span><\/li>

    • Developing and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium, Appium, and other tools.<\/span>

      <\/span><\/span><\/li>

    • Designing comprehensive testing approaches for functional, regression, and mobile test scenarios.<\/span>

      <\/span><\/span><\/li>

    • Mentoring engineers and contributing to technical reviews to uphold coding and testing excellence.<\/span>

      <\/span><\/span><\/li>

    • Supporting cross\-functional collaboration with project managers, analysts, and business stakeholders.<\/span>

      <\/span><\/span><\/li>

    • Staying ahead of emerging automation trends and incorporating them into workflows.<\/span>

      Requirements<\/h3>
      • 7+ years of professional experience in software testing and automation.

        <\/span><\/li>

      • Strong expertise in Java development for automation frameworks.

        <\/span><\/li>

      • Proven experience with Selenium and mobile testing tools such as Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.

        <\/span><\/li>

      • Background in both manual and automated testing for mobile and web platforms.

        <\/span><\/li>

      • Knowledge of CI\/CD tools, version control (Git), and agile\/DevOps practices.

        <\/span><\/li>

      • Strong problem\-solving ability and communication skills to engage with both technical and non\-technical teams.

        <\/span><\/li>

      • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

        <\/span><\/li>

      • Leadership or mentoring experience is a strong asset<\/span>
