About the team and the role: We are currently seeking a highly driven and proactive Product Manager to join our Conversion Programs team at eBay. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of crafting customer experiences through Buyer Post Purchase communications.

Your mission will be to drive business growth and customer improvements by innovating and improving the multi-channel communications portfolio across Email, Push Notifications, and Native Hub Notifications. You will contribute towards revenue targets, long-term strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution for this multimillion dollar portfolio. This is a highly cross functional role, where you will get to influence and collaborate with partners across eBay.

What you will accomplish: You will build and implement the roadmap with engineering, data science, and design teams. Be the champion of execution perfection. Proactively find opportunities to increase test velocity and facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Other key responsibilities include: Identify and size opportunities for portfolio improvements: use data to inform forecast business impact for your ideas.

Author A/B tests: build hypotheses, design test setup, define KPIs. Create PRDs, convey requirements to the Engineering teams and jointly work through execution. Create and maintain project plans; lead dependencies and ensure execution readiness; continuously find opportunities to improve.

Measure results: assess performance against KPIs, make recommendations for scaling decisions.

Continuously capture insights: analyze customer feedback for product improvements; conduct market research and competitor analysis, supervise industry trends for opportunities to innovate.

What you will bring: 5+ years of strong product / business / consulting / growth marketing experience focused on customer conversion. 2 years of experience in / related to e-commerce. Marketplace experience (e.g. Uber, Airbnb, LinkedIn) is strongly preferred.

Technical Product

Management or comparable experience working directly with Engineering teams (both front-end and back-end) through Agile methodologies; technical understanding of building products / communications from scratch. Steadfast execution and attention to detail - ability to ship quality experiences in a fast paced and iterative manner.

Experience navigating highly complex cross-functional projects end-to-end.

Experience developing performance-based emails / notifications in ecommerce.

Additional Details The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below: C$110,400 - C$147,400 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
