- Provide operational and administrative support for program initiatives, ensuring consistent execution and day-to-day effectiveness
- Maintain program documentation including trackers, knowledge bases, reports, and operational procedures
- Manage recurring operational processes across the program’s application portfolio
- Track initiatives, operations activities, tasks and performance metrics to support program governance and reporting
- Produce operational reports and summaries to support oversight and decision-making
- Support merger and acquisition activities through data, account and user migration coordination
- Monitor automations performance and coordinate troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Coordinate the publication, maintenance and translation of program and vendor documentation and training materials
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and to resolve operational issues, coordinate escalations and maintain service continuity
- Track vendor deliverables, reports, and compliance documentation
- Support application user access, credential management and period audits (for example user access and permissions)
- Assist with minor procurement activities including license requests and renewals
- Working with business applications such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or other SaaS platforms
- Supporting technology applications or projects
- Working in professional services, accounting, or bookkeeping environments
- Written and verbal English language skills, with French considered an asset
