We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a global Procurement Transformation initiative. This program focuses on modernizing highly manual procurement and intake processes, improving spend visibility
Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, representing global business needs
Translate business requirements into clear program deliverables and timelines.
Ensure successful integration of new procurement tools
Partner closely with a service implementer (to be selected) and internal IT teams
Lead change management efforts to support global adoption of new procurement processes and tools
Support procurement and business teams through process changes, ensuring clarity, training, and engagement
Address historical challenges related to IT/business misalignment by ensuring dependencies are clearly defined and completed on time
Proven experience as a Program Manager leading complex, global, IT-enabled transformation programs
Strong experience working with Technical Project Managers while representing business and global stakeholder interests
Experience with ServiceNow and/or Oracle
Ability to translate business needs into executable technical and program plans lid understanding of change management principles in large-scale transformations
Ability to pivot quickly in changing environment
Clear Communication with Business side
Drive adoption, manage organizational change, and ensure business readiness
What's In It For You
$ $135.00 hourly
Own end-to-end delivery of a global procurement transformation program, including phased rollout and implementation of new tools
Oversee multiple workstreams, with two Technical Project Managers rolling up into this role
Ensure alignment between IT delivery and business objectives at a global level
Establish and maintain program governance, milestones, dependencies, and reporting
