MINTH GROUPOur Program Management team is expanding and looking to add a Program Manager. We are looking for a dynamic and driven candidate who is interested in joining a fast-growing global company in the automotive sector.
Manage automotive programs from development through production launch
Own program timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders
Track program costs and ensure financial targets are met
Lead regular program review meetings and drive issue resolution
Support product design activities, early builds, and assembly plant launches
Ensure compliance with APQP, TS-16949, and internal program management processes
Technical degree and 3+ years of program or project management experience
Automotive industry experience (OEM or Tier 1 preferred)
Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle
Experience managing program budgets, timing, and risk
Experience supporting automotive product launches
Program Management certification is a plus
