• *The Opportunity**

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple client engagements and internal initiatives across Foundey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and client management.

As a Program Manager, you will ensure that our design programs run smoothly, align with client goals, and deliver measurable impact. You’ll work closely with founders, designers, and cross-functional teams to drive timelines, manage priorities, and maintain a high standard of delivery across all projects.

• *Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage multiple client programs from kickoff to delivery
• Define program goals, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (designers, strategists, and leadership)
• Act as the main point of contact for clients on program-level communication
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal execution
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and proactively resolve them
• Implement and optimize processes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Track program performance and report on outcomes, insights, and opportunities
• Support client retention and growth by delivering consistent, high-quality experiences
• *Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in program management, project management, or client delivery roles
• Experience working with SaaS, AI, or tech startups (agency experience is a strong plus)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven ability to drive projects from strategy through execution
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Jira)
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Full English Proficiency.

• Background in UI/UX design, product design, or product management
• Experience managing design sprints, UX audits, or product design programs
• Understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies
• Experience working directly with founders or executive stakeholders
