Program Manager

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and strategic Program Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Toronto, Ontario. This role offers the opportunity to drive transformational initiatives, develop innovative strategies, and oversee key programs that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will excel in collaborating across departments, managing complex projects, and delivering impactful results.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and milestones, for large-scale integration initiatives.
• Establish governance structures and facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards organizational goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute integration strategies while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation of critical concerns.
• Monitor and report on program performance, providing accurate updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to harmonize systems, policies, and processes for seamless integration.
• Drive continuous improvements in program processes by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering growth and cultivating future talent.
• Support pre-close due diligence activities and translate findings into actionable integration plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing large-scale, complex initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to closure, with expertise in integration and transformation environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, and collaboration platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to leading projects and managing challenges.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, cloud technologies, and QA management processes.
• Preferred qualifications include PRINCE2 certification or equivalent, as well as experience with sales compensation and consulting.
