Location: Fredericton, NB (Hybrid)

Client: Public Sector

Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)

🔎 We’re Looking For An experienced Programmer Analyst with strong hands-on experience in CA Gen, PL/SQL, Java, Oracle, and SQL Server, supporting and enhancing enterprise healthcare applications.

✅ Must-Have Skills

• 8 years application programming & analysis
• 3 years CA Gen 8.5
• Strong PL/SQL, SQL, Stored Procedures, Views & Triggers
• Java application support with Struts Framework / C
• Oracle & SQL Server databases
• UNIX/Linux experience
• SSRS Reporting
• Unit, functional & regression testing
• Technical design, coding, debugging & production support
• Secure coding and application development practices
• Strong English communication and documentation skills

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance CSDS healthcare applications
• Develop and troubleshoot CA Gen, Java & PL/SQL components
• Perform testing, debugging and production support
• Develop SQL queries, procedures, triggers and views
• Participate in design, integration and implementation
• Support performance improvements and secure coding

⭐ Nice to Have

• Public-sector/provincial healthcare experience
• Healthcare case management systems
• Incident, release & change management experience
• Canadian healthcare environment experience
