Annual Salary: $55,000-65,000

Key Responsibilities

The Project Controller is responsible for maintaining oversight of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with business processes and procedures, and providing accurate management information. This role supports Bid Managers and Project Managers in achieving successful project delivery through effective data control, analysis, and reporting.

The successful candidate will:

  • Ensure from Setup to Close Opportunity, Proposal and Project records are accurate in BMT management information systems in accordance with BMT Processes, in support of the Project and Program Managers.

  • Ensure processes adhere to delegated authority levels and key control points

  • Maintain data integrity across all project records to provide reliable KPI reporting to the Programmes team.

  • Review and analyze project performance to identify insights and support continuous improvement through learning from experience activities.

  • Collaborate with Regional Finance to provide program-level summaries and insights aligned with regional business goals.

  • Support our regional client satisfaction information gathering and reporting effort.

  • Support learning from experience assessments as part of the project closure procedures.

  • Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

    • Experience working within Quality Management accredited organizations of equivalent government bodies.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    • Familiarity with ERP systems and principles

    • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI is an asset

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

    • Proactive and collaborative team player with strong communication skill

    • Demonstrates sound financial and commercial awareness in all activities.
