About the Role

We are seeking a motivated

• *Python Engineer (0–4 years experience)**

to join our growing engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for early-career engineers to work on scalable backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and AI-driven applications.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to build high-impact software solutions used by thousands (or millions) of users.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend systems using
• *Python**
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
• Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Contribute to data processing pipelines and automation scripts
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development cycles

Requirements

• 0–4 years of professional experience with
• *Python**
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with at least one Python framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
• Basic understanding of Git and version control workflows
• Knowledge of REST APIs and backend architecture
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Exposure to Docker and containerization
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with data analysis, ML, or AI tools
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Vue, etc.)

Compensation: $250k - $300k + Equity
