Python Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Python Developer with hands-on AI/LLM experience to drive the design and development of scalable, production-grade applications. This role will lead a team of engineers while contributing directly to backend architecture, AI integration, and system design.

Requirements:

Lead and mentor a team of junior developers, ensuring high-quality Python development standards

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Python

Build, integrate, and optimize AI/LLM-powered features within enterprise applications

Develop and enhance frameworks leveraging tools like LangChain for LLM orchestration

Implement agent-based solutions using AWS services (including Bedrock and related SDKs)

Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code for production environments

Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing systems with a strong focus on performance and reliability

Develop and integrate RAG pipelines and evaluation mechanisms for AI-driven use cases

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate platform services, APIs, and cloud components

Ensure best practices in security, observability, and system design

Experience:

Strong hands-on experience in Python development (core focus)

Experience building scalable backend systems, REST APIs, and microservices

Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, especially LLMs and frameworks like LangChain

Experience with AWS cloud services, including exposure to AWS Bedrock or similar AI platforms

Solid understanding of system design, integration patterns, and production deployment

Ability to build prototypes and evolve them into production-ready solutions

Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
