Analyze and integrate metrics into Tableau dashboards and reporting platforms.
Design, refine, and optimize reports/dashboards for performance and usability.
Collaborate with peers for code review, validation, and testing.
Provide technical recommendations on build strategies and design solutions.
Support migration from legacy systems (SAS/OBI) to modern platforms (Python/SQL/Tableau).
Contribute to the PER project, a multi-year initiative modernizing reporting infrastructure, KPI builds, and technical development aligned with business needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
3–5 years in BI/reporting/analytics roles.
Strong proficiency in Python (data transformation, automation, KPI development).
Advanced Tableau (LOD expressions, calculated fields, performance tuning).
Expertise in SQL (complex queries, optimization).
Experience with PowerBI (desirable).
Familiarity with Git/version control, testing, and data governance.
Experience with large-scale relational datasets and legacy-to-modern migrations.
Nice-to-Have:
Background in BI reporting.
Prior experience in the Banking industry.
