Quality Control Supervisor

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH Supervise and perform daily laboratory operations, including personnel scheduling for shifts, holidays, and overtime. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with our customers. Ensure all products remain within strict technical specifications (from aggregates to cement) Oversee the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment, ensuring all service schedules are strictly followed.

Validate the accuracy and timeliness of all quality reports distributed to customers. Review daily blast results and monitor stockpile inventory to ensure adequate supply for customer demands. Coordinate with maintenance and production supervisors to optimize plant availability and throughput.

Support the site management team with technical requirements for bid jobs and special projects. Enforce and demonstrate full compliance with all corporate Health & Safety policies and standards. Maintain continuous communication with the site management team regarding operational issues and laboratory results.
