Quality Control Supervisor

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

• Supervise and perform daily laboratory operations, including personnel scheduling for shifts, holidays, and overtime.
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with our customers.
• Ensure all products remain within strict technical specifications (from aggregates to cement)
• Oversee the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment, ensuring all service schedules are strictly followed.
• Validate the accuracy and timeliness of all quality reports distributed to customers.
• Review daily blast results and monitor stockpile inventory to ensure adequate supply for customer demands.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production supervisors to optimize plant availability and throughput.
• Support the site management team with technical requirements for bid jobs and special projects.
• Enforce and demonstrate full compliance with all corporate Health & Safety policies and standards.
• Maintain continuous communication with the site management team regarding operational issues and laboratory results.
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
