Responsibilities:

Technical support role for the platform:

• Deal with L1/L2 tickets
• Escalate to L3 in case of need
• Collaborate with different stakeholders
• Investigate and provide comprehensive details for quick resolution

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Git
• GitHub
• Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
• Basic networking knowledge
• ITIL - incident and change management (ServiceNow)
• Terraform
• AWS Experience (VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM)
• Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting
• Docker containerization and management

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Python (basic-intermediate)
• Artifact and container registry management (JFrog Artifactory, Amazon ECR, etc)
• Atlassian tools (Jira, Wiki) - both as user and as administrator
• Scripting languages (bash, PowerShell)
• IBM developer platforms (DataStage, IBM MQ)
• Experience in DevOps
• Zabbix monitoring platform
