Salesforce Developer - Data Cloud

Requirements

Must have:

- Over 5 years of experience in a Salesforce Developer or comparable technical role - Strong practical expertise in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud - Familiarity with technology initiatives within pharmaceutical or drug manufacturing sectors - Solid comprehension of healthcare operations and intricate purchasing environments - Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (preferred) - Advanced Salesforce development skills including Apex, LWC, integrations, and automation - Hands-on knowledge of Data Cloud (Data 360), focusing on data modeling and activation - Proven ability to create Agentforce agentic AI workflows - Strong grasp of enterprise data architecture and preparation for AI-ready data - Experience with integrating Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools like Conga - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities - Ability to handle competing priorities and achieve high-value results - Natural curiosity and creativity in connecting data, AI, and automation

Responsibilities:

- Act as the lead Salesforce Developer for Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud (Data 360) - Design and create Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and platform automations - Construct and enhance Agentforce agentic AI workflows for automating complex business processes - Implement data ingestion, modeling, harmonization, and activation to develop AI-ready datasets - Integrate Salesforce with CLM platforms such as Conga and other enterprise systems - Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into effective, scalable solutions - Enhance system performance, scalability, and data integrity proactively - Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver improvements and resolve issues - Manage and prioritize development work using Jira in an Agile framework - Facilitate the adoption of solutions through effective change management and technical guidance
