Senior Full Stack Developer

The Role

• Work on service innovation, program review, and digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate in cross-functional program review or product delivery teams.
• Participate in field research, backlog definition, sprint planning, and execution.
• Develop functionality for public service provision.
• Contribute to a shared understanding of project issues and current service implementation.
• Advise product owners on technical efforts and implementation options.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalencies considered.
• Experience with source control, particularly Git, in collaborative software development.
• Proficiency in automated unit testing and integration testing.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer on complex software solutions in an agile environment.
• Experience with production applications using modern application frameworks and frontend JavaScript frameworks.
• Nice to have: Experience with incrementally transforming legacy systems and leveraging generative AI.
