π Role & Team
Long story short, we're looking to hire a Full-Stack Software Developer with excellent problem solving skills, proactivity and communication abilities to join our Workforce Scheduling squad.
You will join a team of 4 Full-Stack Developers (including a Team Lead), one Product Manager, one Product Designer and one Quality Assurance Specialist, all dedicated to our Scheduling & Field Technician Management module for ISPs.
As the Workforce Scheduling squad, your mission is to empower ISPs to efficiently plan, automate, and visualize technician workloads with intelligent dispatching tools and real-time appointment scheduling.
π½ What is your team working on?
Technically speaking, you will work in a serverless ecosystem of microservices deployed on AWS. gaiia is all-in on Typescript, with frontend, backend and infrastructure-as-code all leveraging Typescript.
As part of the Workforce squad, you will:
Build powerful scheduling algorithms and automation settings, allowing ISPs to spend less time scheduling technicians and more time activating their customers.
Implement complex dispatching tools that feel simple, from drag-and-drop planning to dynamic visualization.
Provide real-time technician availability selectors, allowing customers to manage their appointment on their own β From online checkout to client portal.
Develop, in collaboration with talented designers, delightful interfaces that wow our end users.
ποΈ Qualifications
At least five (5) years of experience in Typescript.
At least five (5) years of experience working with the React library.
Experience in DevOps and Cloud providers.
Experience with Node.js.
πͺ Nice-to-haves
You have experience with GraphQL.
You have knowledge of telecom concepts.
You have experience in React Native.
You have several personal projects exhibiting good coding skills.
π° Salary
At gaiia, we have a transparent salary philosophy and a robust evaluation and compensation framework. It translates to a fair and impartial model where salaries are published internally, healthy discussions around compensation and performance can exist, and taboos are removed.
The salary range for this role is $120,000-$170,000.
