Snowflake Developer – AWS

We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Developer with 5 years of Snowflake experience and strong expertise in AWS, Data Warehousing, ETL, CDC, and cloud data platforms. Experience working with the Indian finance industry is required.

Key Skills & Experience

• 5 years of hands-on Snowflake development
• Strong AWS experience: Glue, Lambda, S3, security/access controls
• Snowflake data ingestion using Snowpipe, COPY INTO, AWS Glue, and incremental processing
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, security, masking/encryption, and governance
• Experience with Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, ETL, CDC, and metadata-driven processing
• Hands-on experience designing DWH models and RDBMS/Snowflake databases
• Experience building and leading AWS Snowflake projects
• Knowledge of data lineage, cataloging, classification, and governance
• Strong troubleshooting, RCA, production support, and automation skills
• Experience with Agile/DevOps and cloud deployments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Snowflake/AWS data integrations and applications
• Implement enhancements, fixes, and production deployments
• Provide L2 technical support and perform root-cause analysis
• Develop automation to improve reliability and customer experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with QA, Platform Delivery, DevOps, and business teams
• Refactor and optimize existing systems for scalability and performance
• Design procedures for system maintenance and troubleshooting
