🔑 What You’ll Bring
1. Strong Software Engineering Fundamentals
- 5–6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Outstanding programming, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interest in software architecture and application design.
- Experience designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining high-quality, secure, and stable production software.
2. Modern Web Development
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with Node.js / NPM.
- Experience building applications using React and Redux.
- Understanding of web-based technologies, concepts, and constructs.
- Experience developing modular, componentized web applications.
3. AI-Assisted Development
- Professional experience using AI coding assistants in production software development as part of your daily workflow.
- Experience with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or comparable AI-powered development tools.

- Build scalable and maintainable web applications and frameworks.
- Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.
- Work closely with software engineers, QA, and designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Estimate development tasks, assess technical risks, and identify dependencies to support effective project planning.
- Contribute to a collaborative Agile development environment.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
- Apply automated testing strategies and tools to improve software quality and reliability.
- Work with Git and GitHub for source control and collaborative development.
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, engineering practices, and development approaches.
