What You’ll Be Contributing: 

• Solution Architecture & Design: Translate business needs into solution options and end‑to‑end architectures (context, component, integration, and data flows), including trade‑offs, recommendations and architectural decisions
• Integration Architecture: Define and review integration designs across enterprise applications, including interface contracts, data transformations, error handling, and operational requirements (monitoring/logging)
• Integration Platform Enablement: Leverage and promote enterprise integration platform capabilities and best practices to accelerate delivery and reduce point‑to‑point integrations (patterns, reusable components, standards)
• Design Reviews & Delivery Guidance: Partner with development teams and vendors to provide architectural guidance through design reviews and ongoing collaboration, ensuring implementations align with the intended architecture
• Technical Standards & Documentation: Establish pragmatic templates and minimum documentation standards; maintain architecture documentation and decision records to prevent siloed knowledge
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate architecture decisions, impacts, and risks to technical and non‑technical audiences; facilitate alignment across teams

 

What Sets You Apart: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in solution design, application architecture, and/or integration architecture
• ERP transformation experience (selection and/or implementation), required
• Hands‑on experience designing/implementing integrations with an enterprise integration platform (iPaaS), required
• Experience working with development teams and vendors/SIs through design and implementation cycles
• Sound architectural judgment: ability to evaluate configuration vs customization, platform vs satellite solutions, and produce maintainable, extensible designs
• Integration architecture expertise: API patterns and data transformations, reliability (error handling/retries), and supportability (monitoring/logging)
• Strong communication, influence, and documentation skills (architecture diagrams, decision records), with a pragmatic, delivery‑focused approach and credibility with technical teams
