🚀 Now recruiting: Solutions Engineering Lead – Power Platform 📍 Canada | Remote or hybrid | Permanent, full-time with benefits I'm partnering with a large IT company to find a Solutions Engineering Lead for their team. If you love being the person who can run a discovery call in the morning and a developer design session in the afternoon, keep reading. 🔹 The role You'll bridge sales, architecture and delivery for an enterprise CRM platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, working mostly with higher education customers. Pre-sales:

• Lead technical discovery with prospects • Deliver tailored product demos and proofs of concept • Explain architecture, integrations and security to IT teams and executives • Shape RFP, RFI, proposal and SOW responses Onboarding:
• Act as technical lead on customer implementations • Turn requirements into practical, supportable solution designs • Guide developers, configurators and integration specialists • Support data migration, UAT, go-live and hypercare 🔹 What you bring • 6+ years in solutions engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting or CRM/SaaS implementation • 6+ years with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform • Dataverse, XRM framework, plugins, workflows and Power Pages / portals • .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, C#, Web APIs, JavaScript, HTML/CSS • Experience designing enterprise integrations • Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Developer or Architect certification • Comfortable in front of executives and credible with developers 🔹 Nice to have • Higher education experience (admissions, enrollment, student success) • A pre-sales or sales engineering background • Azure services like Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus and API Management • Go-live, cutover and hypercare experience 🔹 Good to know You must be based in Canada, eligible to work here, and able to travel to the US for client meetings and project milestones without visa sponsorship.
