Sr. Developer - Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, database schemas, and data models to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and related services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application and database performance issues and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Java Development.
• Solid expertise in SQL, database design, query writing, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience in API Development and Integration (REST APIs, web services, microservices preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies.
• Practical experience leveraging AI tools, frameworks, or GenAI solutions to improve development productivity, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and modern automation practices.
