Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized technical program manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of technical programs while working closely with engineering, product, business and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating and managing multiple technical programs and projects.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project schedules and implementation plans.
- Monitor program progress, milestones, risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies, project meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Track project budgets, resources and timelines.
- Prepare program status reports, dashboards and executive presentations.
- Identify risks, issues and blockers and assist with mitigation strategies.
- Support software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities and Agile delivery.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain program documentation, technical specifications and project artifacts.
