At SECURE, team members support one another while working toward shared goals—delivering reliable service to customers and continuously improving how we operate in the field.Work EnvironmentThis is a field-based role supporting drilling operations at customer sites, where safety, responsiveness, and technical precision are critical to successful well performance. Candidates must be comfortable working in field environments, traveling to site locations as required, and maintaining a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driver’s abstract and the ability to complete required pre-employment testing.A Day in The Life
- Test the physical and chemical properties of drilling fluids
- Recommend maintenance of drilling fluids
- Coordinate and maintain inventory
- Coordinate drilling fluid supervision
- Communicate with rig crews
- Communicate with head office
- Report accurate well re-cap information
- Complete all required paperwork from on-site operations up to and including invoicing
- On call with equipment at all times
- Be responsible for the company's equipment
- Work Safely at all times
- A minimum 3 years oilfield rig experience is preferred
- PET or Engineering degree
- Capable of working with little or no supervision and confident to troubleshoot fluid issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills
- Good driving record required
- All Safety Certifications – H2S, WHMIS, TDG, First Aid
