Role Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Toronto, ON.

The Technical Support

Engineer will be responsible for providing top-tier technical support and troubleshooting for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and system efficiency. This role involves working closely with customers to diagnose, resolve, and document technical issues, as well as identifying opportunities to improve products and services based on client feedback. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance will also be a critical aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in technical support and troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively
• Solid experience with Linux administration and network diagnostics
• Proficiency in Bash scripting and Python
• Experience working with REST APIs and building prototypes using Python and JavaScript
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting HTML and JavaScript issues
• Working knowledge of AWS services and cloud administration
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or video surveillance systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
