About

I'm a finance leader with over 15 years of experience in industrial construction and specialty trades, with a background that spans FP&A, corporate controllership, and executive leadership. I hold both the CMA and Certified Corporate FP&A credentials and am currently working toward my Executive MBA.

Over the last 10 years, I’ve worked in a private equity-backed business, acting as the main liaison between our company and the investors. That included full ownership of financial KPIs and reporting, as well as a strong focus on strategy and planning. I also worked closely with a Big 4 consulting firm to help execute internal initiatives aimed at improving performance and modernizing operations.

Alongside that, I run a consulting company focused on process improvement and management consulting. My clients span industries like custom equipment manufacturing, restaurants, golf courses, and oil & gas pipeline construction—giving me broad exposure to different operating models and challenges.

A key strength I bring is acting as the bridge—between departments, between strategy and execution, and between leadership and frontline teams. I’m someone who can quickly understand how different areas of the business connect, where the gaps are, and how to get everyone moving in the same direction.

I tend to thrive in companies that are complex, siloed, or undergoing change—whether that’s growth, restructuring, or a generational leadership transition. I have a strong interest in supporting multi-generational and founder-led businesses as they scale, professionalize, or prepare for succession. My focus is always on enabling the business—not just reporting on it.

I’m currently exploring new opportunities where I can continue playing that bridging role in a leadership capacity—whether in finance, strategy, operations, or transformation—ideally in an organization that values cross-functional thinking and practical execution.
