Most recently, I’ve been working as a Human Resources and Business Development Manager, where I’ve focused on aligning people strategies with organizational growth and building strong partnerships that drive long-term success.
Before transitioning into HR and business development, I worked as a Chemical Operator at Solvay, gaining valuable experience in a high-stakes manufacturing environment. Prior to that, I spent a decade growing a private security company, playing a key role in scaling it into the second-largest firm in the region. That entrepreneurial journey sharpened my leadership, operational management, and strategic planning skills—tools I now apply across industries.

Currently serving as HR and Business Development Manager at Renaud Law, I bring expertise in full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, legal compliance, and strategic growth planning.
