• Reviewed and optimized preventative maintenance testing intervals for over 700 safety-critical devices (SCD),

resulting in a combined operating expense cost reduction of approximately $600,000+ in 2021 and 2022. This initiative also reduced the existing SCD approval and optimization backlog by 80%.

• Standardized work processes for the development, execution, and approval of engineering drawings, resulting in time savings of approximately 400 hours per year for stakeholders.
• Led a 2 million dollar summarization project, overseeing the inspection of 373 fin fans in strict adherence to site safety standards, and subsequently delivered recommendations to the business teams based on the assigned inspection scores.
• Thoroughly reviewed P&IDs, isometrics, and pump data sheets in order to compute pump operating envelopes for minimum and maximum flow operating limits and presented them to the business team to improve pump reliability.
