Experienced in laboratory techniques including but not limited to: PCR, RT-qPCR, results analysis, designing primers, electrophoresis and SDS page, DNA/RNA/protein extraction and purification, cloning. Measuring concentration and quantities with NanoDrop as well as other methods such as BSA and bradford. Skilled in chemistry lab techniques, solution and measuring osmolarity, sterilization, working in sterile environments.
