- The project required necessary critical thinking skills to create a machine that can pick up ball bearings off the feeder and then place it on the cover plate.
- Carefully examined the logic analysis of the whole process to ensure safety. Employed 24 PLC sensors and an Allen-Bradley MicroLogix for the advancement of the project with the help of ladder logic and pneumatic diagrams.
