I am a recent graduate from the University of Waterloo, having completed my studies in Honour Liberal Studies in 2023. Alongside my major, I also pursued a minor in Psychology to gain a comprehensive understanding of human behavior and cognition.
During my academic journey, I actively sought practical experience in various fields to broaden my skill set. In the realm of human resources, I have worked as an HR Assistant and HR Coordinator, where I gained valuable insights into recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. These roles allowed me to develop strong organizational and communication skills while working closely with teams and individuals.
In addition to my HR experience, I have also ventured into the field of marketing. As an Ambassador, I represented organizations, effectively conveying their brand message to target audiences. I engaged in promoting products and services, which sharpened my interpersonal skills and enhanced my ability to connect with diverse groups of people. Moreover, I worked as a Fundraising Coordinator, where I collaborated with team members to develop and implement strategies to raise funds for charitable causes. This experience enabled me to utilize my creativity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to achieve successful outcomes.
