Abigail Kohut (she/her/hers) is a creative who values community, friendly environments, education, and the arts.

Blackwood Gallery; University of Toronto Mississauga, ON — September 2022-present

• Leader in graphic and multimedia design, social media design, & visual identity
• Assist in production and run of exhibitions/events, photograph & emcee events
• Developed work study student-led Greenwood exhibition/publication 

• Transcribed regional documents for both private and public use
• Worked with digital and physical content including documents, microfilm, photographs, etc.
• Researched and reviewed specific and sometimes sensitive topics

• Responsible for creation, planning, and facilitating of weekly Summer programming
• Designed visual aids, posters, and social media content consistent with TDSRC and OPL themes
• Wrote, filmed, and edited video content for the OPL’s social media and website
• General library duties as assigned 

• Acted as a camp counsellor and was responsible for the safety and care of children at camp 
• Organized learning and recreational activities in indoor and outdoor settings

• Planned and facilitated interactive lessons/events for outreach groups & museum
• Assisted in archival research and interactive exhibit preparation
