University degree (Bachelor’s and Master’s) in Computer Science with 10+ years of experience as a QA Analyst and 3+ years as a Test Lead, delivering analysis and comprehensive product testing across SIT and UAT (SDLC/TDLC) for complex IT initiatives within Finance, Mortgage, Telecommunications, Insurance, Energy, and Retail domains, including project management consultancy–style engagements. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong experience compiling, analyzing, and interpreting test metrics, project status reports, defect trends, and performance dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Seasoned knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), automation frameworks, industry trends, and QA best practices, ensuring alignment with evolving enterprise and regulatory standards. Defined quality goals and measurement plans for software process performance in alignment with business objectives, leveraging metrics and continuous improvement practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience in system analysis, application assessment, programming validation, and troubleshooting across complex software solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders and clear presentation of risks, findings, and recommendations. Hands-on expertise with HP ALM / Quality Center, JIRA, and Confluence, supporting end-to-end test management, documentation, and defect tracking across multi-project environments.
