I am an outstanding customer support personnel with a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills. My interests include customer satisfaction, Organization communication, office administration, facility management collectivism/team work, optimism and reliability.
I was a Research Assistant for about a year in a Maritime company. Also in a Bitumen/Asphalt producing company (Ringardas ASCA), i held the position of the Corporate Services Officer for about two years. I was in charge of the facility management as well as liaison person with the company's internal (staff) and external stakeholders (customers, contractors, sub-contractors, vendors).
I am a graduate of Mass Communication and History. Currently a student of Fanshawe College, studying Customer Relationship Marketing and Sales Management for my Postgraduate Certification.
