As a person who has been dealing with customers for over a decade i am passionate about customer satisfaction and my goal is to ensure a customer comes back for not just the service the company I work for offers but also the person because i have met all their needs satisfactorily. I am a fast learner, peoples person and can work in a team or independently. I have mastered the skill of communication, conflict resolution, problem solving, customer satisfaction, relationship building, time management, organization and delivering results. I am on a continuous journey to improve on my skills and learn more.
