I have a background of paediatric critical care nursing for the previous 12 years. This involved working in a high-acuity ICU environment as well as on the Critical Care Transport Team. I have a total of 20 years of nursing experience in paediatrics.
I am looking to work with a private health care organization.
I worked with AHS at the University of Alberta Hospital for twenty years alongside members of a multidisciplinary team.
Stationed in the PICU for the last 12 years enabled me to gain specialized training in a number of areas including paediatric transport throughout most of NorthWestern Canada as well as training in the operation of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation and dialysis.
Working in a fast-paced and challenging environment has enabled me to gain unique skills that can apply in a wide range of situations.
University Degree: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing.
