My name is Adnane Toujni. I recently moved to Canada and am eager to establish a stable and fulfilling career. I bring with me a strong background in education advising and customer service management. From December 2021 to March 2025, I worked as an Admission Advisor at LCI Education in Casablanca, Morocco, where I supported prospective students through the admissions process and contributed to enrollment growth. Prior to that, I served as a Team Manager at Foundever (formerly Sitel Group) in Rabat, leading a customer service team and ensuring operational excellence.
