I have spent over 30 of my career in management of daycares. I have also spent time working as a Team Lead with adults with disabilities. I have worked with children and adults with disabilities. I am passionate about people and making a difference in the world. I am a planner/organizer, a hard worker, patient and kind, and great work ethics.
I am a manager and team player. I work with my team to get things done and make a difference in this world. I have worked in daycares, preschools and out of school cares. I have also worked with adults with disabilities. I managed two group homes while working with my team to manage all six.
I graduated with a diploma in Early Childhood Education. I am a life long learner, and have taken many courses and workshops to expand my learning. This includes a valid First Aid certificate, NVCI, WHIMIS, Abuse Protocol, Positive Discipline, Payroll Law, and Food Safety and Sanitation.
