I am a highly skilled electrical engineer with a strong background in robotics, automation, and optimisation. My expertise lies in the research and development of embedded systems and algorithms. With a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, I have honed my skills in programming languages such as C++, Python, and Matlab.
I have a track record of successful projects, including the development of a geometric primitive-based cartography back-end for SLAM using finite state machines and the customisation of an Odroid software image for real-time video streaming. My recent publication, "A Hybrid Optimal Controller for Parafoil Systems," presented at the AIAA SciTech Forum and Exposition, showcases my ability to solve complex control problems in flight mechanics. Additionally, I am currently working on two exciting research projects that will result in upcoming publications.
The first project focuses on developing a novel generalised framework for optimal control and path planning, which has the potential to revolutionize dynamic system optimisation. The second project delves into the training schedules of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their impact on performance in standard datasets.
My professional and research experiences have been instrumental in shaping my career. I have worked at the Laboratory for Acoustics and Vibration Analysis (LAVA), focusing on electromagnetics design and optimisation for a vibrational energy harvester. Additionally, my consultancy experience with AWS and custom machine learning models has enabled me to provide innovative solutions to clients.
