Military aero-engines factory. Participated in testings, performance and troubleshooting for military engines. Worked as director assistant on a major project to develop and design modification for stored old manufacturing jet engines to convert into turbo-shaft industrial applications gas turbine, including calculations for mechanical and aerodynamics stresses analysis, design and drawings, manufacturing process sheets, materials ordering, manufacturing follow-up, control system analysis, and prototype testing and acceptance.

• Participate in testings, performance and troubleshooting for many types of military engines such as: LARZAC 04 of ALPHA JET A/C, T56 for C130 A/C, ATAR 09C for MIRAGE 3 & 5 A/C and CT64 of BUFFALO A/C
• Worked as director assistant for big project to develop and design of modification for stored old manufacturing jet engines to convert into turbo-shaft industrial applications gas turbine
• Calculations for the mechanical and aerodynamics stresses analysis, design and drawings for all new parts of the new modification
• Planning the manufacturing process sheets for all the parts for the new developed items (nearly 100 aero engine components)
• Ordered the list of the materials used to manufacturing for some parts (super alloys of materials for the hot section)
• Follow up the manufacturing process for all items in the most technologist and sophisticated workshop all over the Middle East in the factory
• Made the overall control system analysis for all the new system and ordered it from abroad
• Ordered the suitable reduction gear box and the electric generator
• Made the test and final acceptance for the proto-type
• Participated in a lot of small activities in the field of developments and research
